The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the Customs Act, Tariff Act, Valuation and Trade Agreements and possess the skills required to accurately classify goods under the Harmonized System.
The individual will be a self starter who is able to work with minimum supervision.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years Customs Brokerage or related field
- 5 years working in Tariff classification
- PC based computer knowledge
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task
- Strong analytical and communication skill
Client Service Representative - Canadian

- Past Experience in the U.S. Customs Brokerage Industry
- Knowledge of U.S. Tariff
- Knowledge of U.S. FDA Regulations and FDA Product Codes
- Knowledge of Export Permits
- Knowledge of ACE E-Manifest and ISF Filing
- PC based computer knowledge
- Microsoft Office skills

Administrative Support
